1. Introductory Provisions

1.1. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter the “Terms”) govern the rights and obligations between the entrepreneur:

(hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”)

1.2. These Terms form an integral part of the contract concluded between the Seller and the Customer for the sale of digital products (especially PrestaShop modules) and the provision of related services.


2. Conclusion of Contract

2.1. The Customer may place an order through the Seller’s website interface, by e-mail, or by any other means permitted by the Seller.
2.2. The contract is concluded at the moment the Seller accepts the order, either by confirmation e-mail or automatically via the payment gateway.
2.3. The Seller reserves the right to refuse an order in justified cases.


3. Prices and Payment Terms

3.1. All prices are quoted in EUR or CZK. The Seller is not a VAT payer.
3.2. Payments can be made via:

  • Bank transfer to Wise account:

3.3. The price is payable immediately upon ordering.


4. Delivery of Digital Content and Services

4.1. Digital products are delivered electronically, typically as a download link after payment is received.
4.2. Services are provided according to individual agreement.


5. License Terms

5.1. By purchasing a module, the Customer obtains a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use it for one specific e-shop.
5.2. The module may not be modified, resold, provided to third parties, or used on more than one e-shop without the Seller’s consent.


6. Complaints and Liability

6.1. The Seller is responsible for the functionality of the digital product for 6 months from delivery.
6.2. In the event of a defect, the Seller will provide a repair, update, or refund the purchase price.
6.3. The Seller is not liable for damage caused by incorrect use or conflicts with other modules.


7. Right of Withdrawal

7.1. The Customer acknowledges that in the case of digital content delivered immediately after payment and with their consent, the right of withdrawal lapses.
7.2. For services, the Customer may withdraw within 14 days if the service has not been fully provided.


8. Personal Data Protection

8.1. The Seller processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.


9. Dispute Resolution

9.1. Disputes can be resolved out of court through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce) or the EU ODR platform.
9.2. For business customers, the competent court is the one with jurisdiction over the Seller’s registered office.


10. Final Provisions

10.1. These Terms are valid from 14.08.2025.
